The Sealcoating Process
The Process begins with the removal of sand, debris, moss or any other visible substance from the pavement surface that may interfere with proper adherence of sealer. Any oil spotted pavement will be prepared with a full-strength oil spot primer. Then it is time for any cracks to be filled with hot rubber crack fill. The entire asphalt surface is then is blown off for a final cleaning. All areas that are in need of "cut in" are hand applied using brushes and pulled out with a squeegee hence making a neat clean cut job around foundations, garages, walkways, landscape, grass edge lines and any other possible areas not in need of being sealed.

Professional-Grade Sealcoating
We use the industry's best !! The seal that we use is PMM ( Polymer Modified Master Seal ). PMM is fortified with polymers and special surfactants for superior adhesion, flexibility and durability. PMM is ideal for beautifying and protecting all asphalt pavement surfaces including parking lots, driveways, airports, shopping malls, roadways, and more. We also add sand to my seal to give it a texture and helps it last longer. Toped off with sealer VM in my seal Mix makes it more durable and gives a darker look.

Squeegee VS Spray
WE SQUEEGEE. Here’s why. Seal coating provides a protective coating on your asphalt to protects it from the elements traffic, chemicals and other wear. A quality seal coat job covers and fills in the holes and pores in the asphalt. These pores are where water, and chemicals infiltrate the surface and where the binding agents of the asphalt are evaporated and/or leaked out. When you spray it on it just lays on top and colors it black. But when you squeegee everything gets filled in because its poured on in buckets and you over lap your strokes.
People spray because it is faster an you use 10% less material. But we like to use a squeegee because you get a better all around job. It might take longer and might use a little more but our customers end up very satisfied. Going with squeegee over spray, you will get longer life out of your asphalt.
